RETURNED PRODUCTS:
If your are not satisfied with your order, we will give a replacement or refund, provided the products are neither embroidered, cleaned or worn please try your clothes before cleaning or returning it). To do so, please return the products with your invoice . If it is an error by us, postage will be paid by us

 CLEANING ADVICE:
1. Wash white and colour separately.
2. Dark clothes (dark red, black, grey, dark blue), wash once or twice (preferably alone) before using.
3. Use cleaning agents containing azurants to reduce the greying.

 GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE:

 If you find some errors in your order, don't hesitate to return it in carriage paid at 15 days, don't forget to enclose your observations and instructions in order to carry out the exchange(s). Exchanges are possible if items are neither dirty, washed or embroided.
The return address of goods shall be to Liège, but will be declined on delevery payment. In case of contesting, only the court of Liège will be competent.

PAYMENT TERMS:
Our invoices are payable cash, net with no discount except as otherwise agreed in the order ; Any failure to pay upon the terms shall result in all outstanding amounts falling due, plus late payment interests, as from the injunction date, at the base bank rate.

 DELIVERY :
Delivery will be made within 15 days as from the receipt of your order. Should you need your order before then, please specify so in the order, and we will make our best efforts to satisfy you. We will deliver by carrier to the address you specify (home, work...). If your are not there, the carrier will leave a note so you can contact it for a second delivery.
